Help with this stalking?

Well what happened was, for the past 30 years ive been feeling like theres been some eyes watching me from near and afar. for the past 15 years, mother had me sectioned to say im schizophrenic but this month ive been released for weekened only to the family home! But the strange thing is, i went looking for a clean pair of winnie the pooh knickers in brothers bedroom and to my horror i found a face hole and a small pair of eye holes in his cupboard and when i looked through, it went straight to my bedroom!! I mean, to be honest, i always thought it was one of those new age holograms of his face he had given me for christmas that talked!!! It also had my cat Shadow in it so he mustve been looking through the little eye holes too!!!! Anyway my question is, can you polish those holograms or do you have to buy special hologram cream? sent
