How do you find conjugate acids and bases or weak acids/bases?

Can someone please explain to me how to find the conjugate acids and bases of weak acids or bases. Please use the chemical NH2OH as an example if possible. Thanks so much!!! i got a big chem test and i need to figure this stuff out!! HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!
