I have 2 job interviews one tomorrow one on Monday...?

You need to go to both. You don't know you'll get the job on the spot. Just see how tomorrow's interview goes. If you do get hired on the spot I think requesting a trial period is fine....I'm nor sure about the requesting Monday off part though, I'm sure it will be fine if you just explain you have other obligations.
