I'm looking to do a part-time/distance education MBA program. Which is the best recognized one?

I was looking for MBA programs for myself. University of Chicago has a great part time MBA program. It fits your requirements with the exception that you need to take GMAT. Most if not all MBA programs require GMAT score. The programs at U of Chicago are either weekend or part time.
