I want my ex back and i need some advice:(?

I really really loved her. But i broke up up with her for a stupid reason:(.....And now i want her back sooooooo bad.But she doesn't trust me for breaking up her. She doesn't want to be hurt again. And everytime i look at her, think about her or even just have a tought about her i feel erflies i my stomach because me and her would still be together if it wasn't for me. And i know she still likes me a little.....And i don't wanna give up on her no matter what anyone says. what should i do???:\
