Intelius Ripped Me Off... PLEASE HELP ME with suggestions... DETAILS BELOW?

Okay, Intelius, is A RIP OFF, obviously, anyways, they have charged my card $19.95 3 times WITHOUT my authorization, I am going to call them and tell them to either give me my money back, 2. try and dispute charges, or take the to court.. I used their services ONCE and it was a .99 cent fee, which I have proof of.. and proof that NO OTHER CHARGES would be applied... or, how can I make them believe I would be serious about taking them to court, because to be honest.. I don't have that kind of money right now.. PLEASE HELP ME... :( -Sarah
