Odd Feelings A Year After Augmentation...

I've had my implants for almost a year now. I went from a 32A to a 32 small C, Under the muscle, Silicone Gel. I haven't really had any problems that were not normal. But recently my right seems harder and my left has a weird pain under it. Not something that is extremely painful but like a twinge. Is this normal. I'm right handed and I do some lifting at work so I think that is why my right is hard. But I don't know about the Left, it kind of feels like it's detaching but I don't think this would happen after a year. What could it be with both of my issues for each ?
