Sociopaths can feel, and love. What do you think about that?

I am a sociopath there is no question about it. I have no conscience, no guilt, and I can reason any action/thought in my head to be whatever I decide it to be. However; contrary to what I read online I can feel emotion if I push myself to feel it. If I want to cry I can focus in on the emotion and feel it. Honestly I think the biggest problem about the literature about sociopaths is it never comes from the source. Recently this girl who has had my eye for several years made me happy and made feel love. I define feeling love as wanting to give unconditional happiness to someone even at cost of your own happiness. Being a sociopath doesn't mean your void or an empty shell. Being a sociopath means absolute freedom of choice. I have preferences and if I choose to feel I can I don't care what experts say because if you are not a sociopath you have no idea what if feels like.
