Trying to subscribe to yahoo personals?

system keeps telling me to correct my info. my credit card billing address does not match the banks records. That's bull. I get this everytime and it does it with all of my credit cards. I can't find a way to get in contact with yahoo customer support. Not sure if they even have one. HELP
