What is this TV sitcom?

The opening intro are the families going to the beach. It has 2 families, one lives in the main house and one lives in the guest house, the main family has one little boy and one girl, and the guest house family has a little boy. Its really funny and the guest house are a little redneck, in one episode they saw the rascal flatts! Please help me i cant think of it!!
