Can a 2003 Jeep Liberty get a two Wheel dolly from Uhaul to haul a 2002 Dodge Neon f?

We are moving across the country from VA to CA and we need to move my car but can't afford to have it shipped so we are thinking about hauling it behind the Jeep Liberty. Every Uhaul dealer I've called here doesn't know anything about it or if it's possible.
