I need everyone's advice PLEASEEE this means SOO much to me and IM SO CONFUSED?

I've been talking to this guy for 3 weeks now and I like him SO much.. this is crazy cuz ive never had feelings like these for a guy(not even my ex who i was with for a yr and a half). me and this guy talk every day, he has told me he likes me, and the physical chemistry is insane. we can spend 30 minutes making out.. no one has ever turned me on this much in my life. im developing these crazy feelings for him but im confused as to what he wants. his sister has even added me on facebook, i mean who does that unless your brother says he really likes a girl? well the past couple days he has been saying stuff like come over watch a movie with me(aka make out since thats what we did last time) and i sent him a text i was like look i really hope you dont think im that kind of girl, etc.. so he calls me and he was like you r freaking me out and he goes well i really like you, i love kissing you, i love spending time with you and looking at you, but you dont want a bf right now and i dont want a gf. when he said that i felt like i got slapped in the face. i mean ive been so disappointed with guys in the past i really thought the way we hit it off was different.. that it could lead to a relationship. so i told him if he sees no potential in me and him then i dont wanna waste my time and he was like "no you're taking it wrong.. r u in a rush? i have fun with you so i dont think im wasting my time.. i think you're gorgeous and smokin hot .. i promise im not playing you or using you...and idk where things will go.. guess we'll see." that to me just sounds like he's having fun with me and if we hook up or not oh well but he doesnt see us having a relationship, especially since he made that "u dont want a bf i dont want a gf right now" comment. he just got out of a 4 yr relationship about 6 months ago and he told me he thought he was gonna marry the girl, and i actually know his ex gf but me and her have only talked once. so my question is, i really like him and i want this to lead to a relationship, but does it sound like he wants the same? i believe that he does like me, but i want more and im wondering whether or not i should have said anything cuz now i feel like he thinks im in a rush to be in a relationship, but i just wanted to know if he sees us as ever being more.. what do you think??
