Is it okay to change your prenatal vitamins at 21 weeks pregnant?

At first i was taking over the counter vitamins since i was waiting for my first prenatal appointment...and the OB gave me a nother prescription which my insurance didn't cover so the pharmacist gave another brand...so once my insurance came through i was able to use the prescription vitamins...so would all this vitamin change harm the baby? :/
