Rush Limbaugh hopes that President Obama's economic plan fails? So what do you suppose is Rush Limbaugh's?

recovery plan? Just a hypothetical question "if" President Obama's economic plan so happens to fail? After all, Michael Steele (RNC Chairman) publicly apologized and admitted that he isn't "the de facto leader of the Republican Party." Obviously Rush's voice carries more clout in the hierarchy of the Republican Party than Steele's does. I'm just curious as to how Rush would go about restructuring America's economic demise.
