5 week old already spoiled?

Hi my son kayden is 5 weeks old and seems to be spoiled already. He is getting more alert in the daytime which i know is normal but the min he opens his eyes he cries until hes picked up and walked around as soon as u sit down with him again he cries. he loves lying on ur shoulder and looking around. but its so tiring i dont want to keep doing this as it will become a habbit. what ways can i entertain him. he has a lil newborn glider that he will sleep in and sometimes sit when he is awake but anything else i can get or do. hes too young for toys so im kinda lost as to wat to do.
