How to introduce two big Dogs to our new born?

we have two big dogs (a mastiff and Doberman) and are also about to have a new baby. i was wondering if anyone knew of a good way to introduce the baby to the dogs. im nervous that when they play they will hurt the baby, they tend to get rough in the house and dont really listen to me, they listen to my husband. any suggestions??
