Why do guys bother you and just look at you and say nothing.?

Ok... Well first off the guy likes you. Staring intently at someone doesn't happen more then once naturally. He's looking at you with a purpose. And the time when he was like wsup he couldn't think of anything intelligent to say which is cute :) Rest ured he likes you :) Hope it works out!!!
