Plastic gallon jugs...?

I have alot of plastic water gallon jugs because i buy bottled water for my sons bottles. i cant see myself throwing them out anymore. does anyone have any good ideas on what i can do with them. arts and crafts, toys for my son(hes 10months old). im willing to do almost anything as long as it is explained how to. its not reasonable to recicle them since there isnt a recyleing place in my town.
