In Need of Book Suggestions?

I'm into stuff like A Clockwork Orange, The Diary of Anne Frank/[occasionally auto]biographies, and other stuff like that. I'm not much into series unless if they're REALLY good (most definitely excludes Twilight by far in my opinion, ugh, can't stand it). I'd rather not be suggested books that are made for teenage girls that is just "Oh my gosh, this guy doesn't like me! Why doesn't he like me? Oh, I guess he likes me. THE END". I want something I can really read that will actually make me think.
