Having problems with my 94 isuzu rodeo again!?

Sounds as if the ignition switch has gone bad/worn out. It could be that the key has worn beyond fitting the ignition lock. Either way it will need an ignition switch. You may be able to get it to rotate by turning the wheel just off of it's locked resting point, and shaking the key around while attempting to turn it. More pressure, less pressure inward on the key may help as well.
