Where can I find an affordable painting of Chicago skyline??

I have been looking online for a neat painting of Chicago's skyline and they are all commercial and overpriced. There has to be starving artists out there somewhere with beautiful work to sell...how do i find them?? anyone have any advice?? thanks!
