Tim Hightower's value?

So I'm the GM of my league, and I have the power to veto or allow trades to go through. I have a guy offering Tim Hightower and Bernard Berrian for Steve Smith of the Panthers. Is this fair? Hightower does have 6 TDs and Berrian is rolling with the Vikes, so I dunno. Any help would be nice.
