I have a kidney infection?

I have 2 kidney infections well I went to the doc 2 days ago he put me on antibotics abd antinausia medicean but my fever wont break its been at least 101.3 for 4 days and when I go to sleep it shoots up to like 104.F and I soak me and my feyonsay in sweat. Does any one know what I can do to break this pesty fever?!?!? And is ear aches normal with a kidney infection?
