Will this be all right for now?

I have a seventy five gallon tank that is still cycling, and to day a bought some plants (Round leaf and some other low lights). I plan on getting some better lighting, but for now it is only 32w. Will this be enough fo low light of is it still too low? After I'm done I plan on having like 1.5 watts per gallon, is that enough for some sward plants?
